This requires that your child\u2019s Apple ID is added to your Family Sharing group.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Managing a child account vs. an adult account:<\/strong> If your child\u2019s Apple ID is set up as a child account (under 13 in most regions), parental controls are automatically more restrictive and require approval for certain actions (like downloads or purchases).
