How to connect watch to the Find My Kids app manually?

If the watch wasn’t automatically connected, please follow the instruction below. 

First of all, please check the following:

  • you have sufficient funds on the SIM card of the watch;
  • you have Internet access on the SIM card of the watch;
  • watch is properly charged;
  • mobile carrier of the watch's SIM maintains 2G;
  • if when inserting the SIM, the watch was on, you need to reboot it


1.Look at the watch screen there should be an aerial icon and a data transfer indicator (letter “E” or up and down arrows)

If there is no signal, please, walk along the street with the watch or try to use a SIM of another carrier.

In order to check Internet connection, please, insert the sim into the phone and open any browser. 

Please pay attention that the SIM should have 2G. It’s better to clarify when buying the SIM whether it will be a good 2G connection in your area.


2. Let’s check the settings. For that send to the watch SIM one of the following messages:

1) pw,123456,ts#

2) pw,523681,ts#

3) pw,489789,ts#

Please be careful and send the sms exactly as written above without any changes. You should send the second message only in case you didn’t get the response to the first. 

You should get the following answer:

ver:G36_V3.00_09.18.57;

imei:357461000000018;

ip_url:92.53.87.162;

port:8001;

center:;

slave:;

3. Please check whether the ip_url and port have the right settings:

ip_url: 92.53.87.162;

port: 8001;

If they differ, please send to the watch one of the following sms:

1) pw,123456,ip,92.53.87.162,8001#

2) pw,523681,ip,92.53.87.162,8001#

Please be careful and send the sms exactly as written above without any changes. You should send the second message only in case you didn’t get the response to the first. 


4. Then let’s check and set up an Internet access. For that it is necessary to send sms, the sms depends on your mobile carrier. Here are some examples:

Orange: pw,123456,apn,orangenet# - 

Movistar: pw,123456,apn,internet.movistar.com.co#

Transtel: pw,123456,apn,netgprs.com#

T-mobile: pw,123456,apn,internet.t-mobile#

INDOSAT (matrix): pw,123456,apn,satelindogprs.com#

Maxis: pw,123456,apn,unet#

Please, note that the content of sms also depends on your country, that’s why if you are not sure, please contact us via support providing with the information about your mobile carrier. After that the watch has all the correct settings and you should receive its geolocation.


In case the watch wasn’t connected, please contact us via support chat. 

Please, give us the follow information:

- watch model;

- the photo of the watch screen;

- the screenshots of the sms you’ve sent and the response you got.
