Previously purchased app license disappeared after reinstalling

If you have purchased a license on AppStore or Google Play, the license must be resumed automatically when the app is reinstalled. If this does not occur, go to the activation screen and tap on "Restore Subscription". The license will be resumed free of charge

If you have purchased a license via QiWi terminal, you can re-activate it by tapping the link http://findmykids.org/code from the parent’s device.

If you have purchased a subscription on our website, you can reactivate the app by tapping the link received after payment.
