How to set up LG for working with Findmykids app

If your kid’s smartphone is LG, then for proper functionality of Findmykids app you need to change some settings.
Mobile data settings
For proper functionality of Findmykids app you need to check and change some settings. By default data transfer in background is enabled. Please, check this setting.
On the kid’s phone launch “Settings” > “Mobile data” > find “Findmykids” app > check the setting “Restrict background data” (it should be disabled).
